Having enjoyed a great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed in the Air Conditioned Bedrooms, you can sit and plan your day’s activities over a cup of coffee or tea.

We are offering a Holiday in our Bright and Airy, Spacious Second Floor Apartment at the New Crystal View Development Between Paralimni and Protaras.

You will stay Cool and comfortable during the Hot Summer Days and Nights with Air Conditioning in both bedrooms and the Living Area and Fully Tiled Floors throughout.  And with Sun Resistant Blinds throughout helping to keep the apartment cool if you leave them closed during the day whilst you are out.

One of the great things about this apartment is that you also have two Verandahs either side of the Master Bedroom and you can open both the doors to allow a refreshing breeze to flow through the room cooling it down nicely before you go to bed.

The twin room also has a door to the smaller verandah and both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and storage space.

The Master Bedroom has an ensuite Shower room with WC and there is a separate Bath Room with WC making life easier in the mornings and when you return from the Beach wanting to get ready for an Evening out.

The thing I really love about this apartment is that when you get up in the morning you can slide 2 of the 3 glass panelled doors back in the lounge and step out on to the large Verandah.

This Balcony is so nice and cool in the morning and perfect for children and adults (like myself) who are not total sun worshippers and prefer to enjoy some relief from the Summer Sun that you know you will be getting at the beach and by the pool during the day time.

You can of course enjoy the sunshine on this balcony in the afternoon or you can sit on the smaller balcony which is sun kissed a littler earlier in the day.

I also love the 180 degree view you get from the main verandah.  As the apartment is situated next to Government owned vacant land this gives a fairly clear view of the edge of Paralimni town and following on round to the view of Famagusta old “ghost” town and of course the Sea with a few other apartments dotted between and along the skyline.

You can cater for your family with our Fully Equipped Kitchen complete with Washing machine, Fridgefreezer, Cooker and Microwave or if you prefer you can eat out at one of the many splendid restaurants close by.

No need to Bring your own bedding as we provide Bed Linen during your stay so you don’t have to worry about packing any for your holiday.  There is a hair dryer in the Master Bedroom and a Dressing Table with Mirror.  Towels and tea towels are provided for your comfort and convenience but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

There is a comfy leather Sofa Bed in the Living Room so the Apartment will sleep from 4 to 6 People comfortably.

Crystal View has Lifts to take you to the Apartment so You don’t need to worry about climbing any Stairs and this ideal when you want to take your cases up and down to the car.
