Accommodation Only Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all accommodation bookings booked directly with cyprusholidays4u.com and or it’s affiliates and advertisers.

cyprusholidays4u.com acts as a booking agent for Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni and has affiliates and advertiser for other hotels, villas and apartments featured on this web site and your contract will be made with the accommodation you book. These terms apply to all members of your party, so please make sure you read them carefully.  You will also need to check all booking contracts made directly with the hotels villas and apartments on this site.

1. Your Contract

The person making your booking must be at least 18 years of age, and must be authorised to make the booking on behalf of all members of your party. That person is also responsible for making all payments due to us.

Your booking is confirmed and a binding contract comes into existence, only when cyprusholidays4u.com or it’s affiliates or advertisers have issued a booking reference, and a booking confirmation, and has received payment of the deposit due. The date of the contract is the date that appears on the confirmation. Once the contract is made the accommodation provider is responsible to you to provide you with the accommodation you have booked, and you are responsible to the accommodation provider to pay for it, subject to these terms and conditions and the specific conditions of the accommodation chosen.

The booking confirmation will identify the name and address of the accommodation, which you have booked. Please check all details carefully and notify us or the affiliate or advertiser with whom you have booked, immediately of any discrepancies.

cyprusholidays4u.com and it’s affiliates or advertisers then reserves the right to cancel the booking if any balance due is not received by the due date. In that case you will be advised by email, and cancellation charges as outlined below will be charged.

It is your responsibility to notify cyprusholidays4u.com or it’s affiliates or advertisers depending upon whom you have booked with, of any change in your contact details.

2. Prices and Payment Process

Prices are quoted in full including taxes and service charges at the time of the booking.

Deposit Payments

A Deposit is due for bookings and is subject to each individual affiliate or advertiser’s specific conditions.  If you are booking direct with cyprusholidays4u.com for accommodation at the Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni then the deposit due will be £100.00 this is a non refundable deposit.

Balance Payments

For all holidays travelling within 3 months, a full balance is due on booking the holiday either with cyprusholidays4.com or the individual affiliate or advertiser with whom you booked. All other holidays will be charged a non-refundable deposit on booking. Where you accept the option to book a holiday at a lower cost by paying in full at the time of booking, the whole amount paid is non-refundable should you later wish to cancel the booking, regardless of your date of travel.

Please note that payments of balances due must be received by cyprusholidays4u.com or the affiliate or advertiser with whom you booked no later than 3 months prior to travel. Where you fail to pay cyprusholidays4u.com or it’s affiliates or advertisers of your own accord, within the 3 months stated, then cyprusholidays4u.com reserve the right to cancel your booking at Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni and for all other accommodation you will need to check your contract with the affiliate or advertiser with whom you booked the accommodation for their own individual terms and conditions relating to balances due.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £20.00 per person per day where payments are received after this time. We also reserve the right to levy 3% of the transaction value where payments are made by credit card either directly or through paypal. If for any reason we do not receive payment, we shall be entitled to cancel your booking. In this event you will lose all monies you have previously paid and additionally you will be liable for any cancellation fees set out in the Principal’s Terms and Conditions. Credit and debit card fees are unfortunately non- refundable.

Because we are not acting as an agent for our affiliates and or advertisers any payments made for their accommodation or services is with them and only payments made for the Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni is directly booked and paid to cyprusholidays4u.com.

Prices can go up or down, but we guarantee that once you have booked the price on your booking confirmation with cyprusholidays4u.com for the Crystal View Apartments, that this will not change unless you make an amendment to the booking details. We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. We will do so as soon as we become aware of the error.

Payments for extras (such as incidental charges, mini-bar charges, laundry and telephone bills or any extra nights) should be made directly to the hotel when you check out. Except in the case of Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni where charges are made to cyprusholidays4u.com for laundry and extra nights at the time of booking and any incidentals such as accidental or malicious damage will be taken from the damage waiver.  Charges may be made by cyprusholidays4u.com for wifi internet connection and or telephone usage if applicable, if and when this becomes available at Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni.

Payment should be made by credit card or debit card or other means as are available to you from each individual affiliate or advertiser. Cyprusholidays4u.com use the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card details. You undertake that the credit or debit cards are your own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the accommodation and any extras. On arrival at the accommodation you may be asked for an imprint of your credit or debit card, so please be sure to take with you.   For Cyprusholidays4u.com in the case of Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni any damage either accidental or malicious will be taken from the credit or debit card either during or after your stay once the cost of replacement or repair has been established.  If you have paid by paypal then an upfront waiver fee of £100.00 may be charged at the time of booking (to be confirmed)

Please note that the accommodation is checked thoroughly when you leave so any damage will be reported to us.

Please note that any bookings made over the phone may be subject to an additional booking fee.

3. Affiliates and Advertisers Accommodation

Please note that any bookings made with our affiliates and or advertisers is a private contract between yourself and the specific affiliate and or advertiser and is subject to their own particular rules and regulations and terms and conditions and cyprusholidays4u.com is not responsible or liable in any way, shape or form, for any of the accommodation offered, contracts made, payments given etc that have been arranged between yourselves and the affiliate and or advertiser.

We only offer links to their services in order to offer more choice to our website visitors and we are in no way obligated to intervene in any way, shape or form between yourselves and the company with whom you have booked your accommodation.  Any problems or matters arising relating to our affiliates or advertisers must be dealt with direct through them.

4. Crystal View Apartments

If you have booked an apartment at Crystal View Paralimni directly with Cyprusholidays4u.com then your contract and booking is with us and not with one of our affiliates or advertisers and is subject to our contract. You will need to deal with us directly either by email at

info or by telephone or mail the details of which will be given on your booking contract.

Any problems or matters arising relating to the Apartment at Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni that have been booked through us must be directed to us.  And you will need to contact us as mentioned above in order for us to assist you.

Guests will be using all communal areas including the lift, corridors, swimming pool, landscaped area, roof, driveway and parking area completely at their own risk.  Should any incidents occur in these areas then cyprusholidays4u.com and the owners of the apartments rented at Crystal View are not liable in any way, shape or form.

Guests must make sure that they have adequate travel insurance cover before travelling to Cyprus.  It is also advised that travel insurance is taken out on the day of booking to make sure that any cancellations etc are also covered.

You can arrange Travel Insurance through many High Street Retailers, Post Office, On Line Insurers or through an Insurance Broker.

5. Accommodation Descriptions

cyprusholidays4u.com takes every reasonable care to ensure that the information published about each hotel, villa, or apartment is as accurate as it can be. However, as a website offering third party links to accommodation, rather than a booking agent or an owner or operator of their holiday accommodation (except in the case of the Crystal View Apartment, Paralimni in which we do act as a booking agent), we cannot accept liability for errors or omissions in the descriptions. Facilities and amenities in accommodation may be temporarily unavailable for operational reasons, where this happens we will do our best to advise as soon as possible.

6. Cancellations for Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni

Cancellations for accommodation (except during periods of trade fairs, exhibitions, or special events-see below)

You can cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours of making it, provided there are no charges levied by our local suppliers and that the booking was made more than 7 days in advance of your planned arrival date at the accommodation.

Cancellations must be made online or by e-mail to info by the person who made the original booking. The e-mail must contain your booking reference together with the accommodation name. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, and outside of the 7 days prior to your arrival we will refund your deposit if one is due by re-crediting the credit or debit card with which it was paid minus any percentage charges made for payment by this method. Cancellations are effective from the time they are received by us. Cancellation terms and conditions may vary by supplier.

The following cancellation charges will apply for all the other periods

Date of Cancellation Charge
From time of booking to 14 days prior to arrival 25% of booking
Between 13 days and 8 days prior to arrival 50% of booking
Within 7 days of arrival 100% of booking

No refunds will be given for stays that are ended earlier than planned.

If your arrival date at your accommodation is delayed for any reason, you must advise cyprusholidays4u.com at the earliest opportunity. If you do not advise us directly prior to your arrival date, then your entire booking will be cancelled, and you will be charged as above.

If your arrival is delayed, please contact us directly or if the contract states a specific contact name and telephone number for a meet and greet upon your arrival then contact them directly.

Cancellations (during periods of trade fairs, exhibitions and other special events)

Special conditions imposed by accommodation suppliers apply during these periods, as a result that normal cancellation charges do not apply. During these periods the following will apply:

Full payment on confirming your booking.

100% cancellation charges apply (for those dates falling within the fair or special event)

Changes to booking (except adding rooms or nights to bookings) will be treated as cancellations.

You will be advised at the time of your booking whether your booking falls within such a period.

7. Cancellations of any Accommodation booked through our Affiliates or Advertisers

You will need to refer to the contract between yourself and the company with whom you booked the accommodation to check their individual cancellation policies.

8. Changes

Any changes to your booking after the deposit has been paid will be subject to a £35 administration fee per amendment. If the change adds value to the booking (for example, an upgrade, or additional nights) then administration fee will be waived.

In the unlikely event that we are notified that the accommodation cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances.  You can either cancel free of charge, and your deposit will be refunded, or accept alternative accommodation of equivalent standard (if applicable). Where we are notified of changes we will contact you as soon as possible but will have not other liability towards you. 

9. If We Change Your Holiday

We start planning the holidays we offer many months in advance. Occasionally, we have to make changes to details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed bookings. Whilst we always try to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so.

Most changes are minor. Occasionally, we have to make a ’significant change’. ‘Significant changes’ include the following changes when made before departure:

  • a change of accommodation to that of a lower official classification or standard for the whole or a major part of the time you are away
  • a change of accommodation area for the whole or a major part of the time you are away

The closure of the only or all advertised swimming pool(s) at your accommodation for an extended period

If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible. If there is time to do so before departure, we will offer you the choice of the following options:

(a) accepting the changed arrangements or

(b) purchasing an alternative holiday from us, of a similar standard to that originally booked if available (if the chosen alternative is less expensive than your original one, we will refund the difference but if it is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference) or

(c) cancelling or accepting the cancellation in which case you will receive a full and quick refund of all monies you have paid to us.

Please note, the above options are not available where any change made is a minor one.

If we have to make a significant change or cancel 10 weeks or less before departure, we will pay you compensation subject to the following exceptions. Compensation will not be payable and no liability beyond offering the above mentioned choices can be accepted, where we are forced to make a change or cancel as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which we could not have avoided even with all due care. No compensation will be payable if we cancel as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time).

In all cases, our liability for significant changes and cancellations is to offering you the above mentioned options and, where applicable, compensation payments. We regret we cannot pay any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation. No compensation is payable for minor changes or where we make a significant change or cancel more than 10 weeks before departure.  We would highly recommend that you also take out travel insurance which should have a clause to cover this type of eventuality

10.  Complaints

If you are dissatisfied in any way with our booking service for Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni, you should notify us in writing within 28 days of your return and quoting your booking reference number to info

Only in the case of Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni, must you contact us directly and immediately so that we can try to rectify any issues with the accommodation as soon as possible either by email or on our office number, which will be provided to you in the booking contract.  Any complaints that are not reported locally if applicable or to us immediately or not received within this period cannot be considered valid on your return.

If you are dissatisfied with your accommodation booked through our affiliates or advertisers then you must advise the accommodation directly, in order to give them the opportunity to rectify the problem. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction you should contact the affiliate or advertiser with whom you booked the accommodation

11.  Our Responsibility To You

cyprusholidays4u.com acts as booking agent only for Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni. Any claims for damages for injury, illness, and death arising out of your stay in the accommodation must be dealt with through your travel insurance company and not cyprusholidays4u.com. It will be subject to the law of the country in which the accommodation is situated. Neither we, nor the accommodation provider can accept responsibility for any damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience cause by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include War, threat of war, riots, civil strife, or terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, airport closures, bad weather conditions, interruption or failure of a utility service or the acts of any local or national government.

cyprusholidays4u.com reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.

Please review the paragraph under section 4. Crystal View with regards to communal areas as neither cyprusholiday4u.com nor any of the apartment owners are responsible for any incident that may occur in these areas and they are solely at the guest/customers own risk.

12. Insurance

Cyprusholidays4u.com insist that you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking and prior to staying in the accommodation at Crystal View Apartments, Paralimni.  You may purchase this travel insurance through any company that you wish, but should any matter arise that affects your booking with cyprusholidays4u.com or the accommodation in which you are staying and you have not purchased any form of travel insurance then you will be personally liable to any charges or losses that may occur due to cancellation etc.

With this in mind cyprusholidays4u.com have offered links to different travel insurance providers so that we can make things easier for you to arrange.

If you are booking accommodation with our affiliates or advertisers then you may be subject to purchasing their insurance please check with the contract you make with them before using the links to the travel insurance on our website.

13. Accommodation

Only those persons named at the time of booking, or subsequently advised, can occupy the accommodation. Should the damage be caused by you or any member of your party to the accommodation or its contents, you will be required to arrange immediate reimbursement before the end of your stay.

14. Check In / Out Times

Normal check in/out times vary by property but as a rule, please use this guide.

Check In: 3.30 pm

Check out: 10.30am

Rooms may be kept on later, to be agreed with the property owner direct, for an extra charge.

15. Passports and Visa

All passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and, if necessary, a visa. It is your responsibility to meet the requirements of the countries you are visiting and we regret that we cannot accept any responsibility for costs incurred if you fail to be admitted to any country.

16. Health and Safety

Health formalities can change, and we recommend you visit your doctor well before travelling to obtain advice. Infrastructure and safety standards in many foreign countries are generally much lower than those to which we are accustomed in the UK, and you are advised to take extra care for your safety whilst travelling.
